A quiet moment - sitting in a traffic jam on the way back from supermarket shopping; various thoughts of the week in my head – TV campaigns for famine relief; the state of the world finances; visions of competitive supermarket shoppers and the crazy madness of an unfair world…and a pink car drives past (when pink cars were a novelty); and I despair at my own part in this and think, if we were to step into another’s shoes for a day - maybe we’d think twice about ‘really needing’ everything we have.
